Booking and speaking enquiries. When you submit a booking or enquiry form, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, organization, event date and location, and your message. This information is stored in our website's secured database and is used to respond to your enquiry and coordinate the engagement.

Newsletter signups. When you join the email list, we collect your email address and the page you signed up from, so Seb can send you occasional updates about keynotes, stories and projects.

Direct email. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to send.

We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site, and we do not collect information about you from other sources.

We use the information you give us to respond to enquiries, plan and coordinate speaking engagements, send the newsletter you asked for, and keep internal records of contacts and correspondence. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.

Enquiry notifications and newsletter emails are delivered through a managed email delivery service. Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link, and recipients who unsubscribe, bounce or mark messages as spam are added to a suppression list so they are not emailed again. Enquiry-related notifications go only to Seb and his authorized assistant.

We share personal information only with the service providers needed to run this site: our hosting and database provider, which stores the information you submit, and our email delivery provider, which sends messages on our behalf. These providers process information only to deliver their services to us.

Information you submit is stored in a secured database with access-restricted permissions. Administrative access is limited to Seb and his authorized assistant, who sign in with authenticated accounts.

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookies or similar storage used are strictly necessary for the site to function — for example, keeping an administrator signed in to the private admin area.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email. To request a copy of the information we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it, email seb@100things.com and we will take care of it.

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
